Perfect Matches

‘Perfect Matches’ is the title of the curated special exhibition that Beck & Eggeling International Fine Art will present at this year's ‘Highlights’ Art Fair in Munich as part of the gallery's 25th anniversary.

Since the founding of the gallery in 1994, in addition to art mediation there has been a great interest in researching the origins and further development of art. This topic has been dealt with in numerous solo exhibitions as well as in subtly curated presentations of juxtapositions of different works of art from different epochs, cultures and styles.

In the past 25 years, 140 publications have been published in Beck & Eggeling Kunstverlag, in which external authors from a wide variety of institutions and disciplines have their say, providing each publication accompanying the exhibition with a sophisticated and knowledgeable insight into the respective subject.

With the exhibition 'Perfect Matches', works from various epochs and cultures to contemporary art are placed in an aesthetic, but also content-related dialogue that may provide some surprises.
